The original Skimmer Bucktail fishing lure was designed, created and perfected in 1972 on the Chippewa flowage.
Through the years Skimmer Tackle Company has had a steady growth of new fishing lures which has lead the company to where we are today.

Any of our lures can be customized to your requests from hair colors and color order, to choice of blades to get you the look you desire.

Time for a site update
